Long Service Life Oxygen Production Line Applied to Industrial VPSA Oxygen Generator
Relying on the selective adsorption capacity of molecular sieves for gases, VPSA Oxygen Generator achieves air separation for oxygen production. Its working process is to adsorb nitrogen at low pressure and desorb and regenerate under vacuum conditions, cyclically producing oxygen with a purity of 90%-95%. The equipment adopts an intelligent control system to automatically adjust parameters, and its modular design supports flexible expansion, which is suitable for various needs such as industrial oxygen-enriched combustion and medical oxygen supply.

Detailed Maintenance Practices
Daily Maintenance
  • Check pressure gauge, flow meter, and purity analyzer readings every shift (8 hours)
  • Record operational data in the log
  • Clean air pre-filter with compressed air (0.4-0.6MPa) to remove dust and debris
Weekly Maintenance
  • Inspect seals of adsorption tower, pipelines, and valves for air leakage using soapy water test
  • Check blower and vacuum pump noise/vibration (normal ≤85dB(A))
  • Inspect lubricating system oil level and quality
Monthly Maintenance
  • Calibrate oxygen purity sensor using standard gas cylinder (93% or 95% purity)
  • Test pressure relief valve functionality
  • Inspect electrical connections for looseness
  • Clean motor and control cabinet heat dissipation fins
Annual Maintenance
  • Disassemble and clean air pre-treatment system components
  • Inspect molecular sieve condition (replace if caked or discolored)
  • Conduct comprehensive inspection of blower and vacuum pump
  • Calibrate all instruments and sensors
Maintenance of Critical Components
Molecular Sieve
  • Ensure air pre-treatment system maintains dew point ≤-40°C
  • Fill adsorption tower with nitrogen if equipment unused for >7 days
  • Use same type (lithium-based or zeolite) when replacing
  • Perform replacements in dry environment
PLC Control System
  • Keep control cabinet clean and dry
  • Regularly backup system parameters
  • Inspect wiring harness annually for aging/damage
  • Update software per manufacturer recommendations
Blower and Vacuum Pump
  • Use manufacturer-recommended lubricating oil only
  • Replace oil filter element every 6 months
  • Check V-belt tension and wear (if equipped)
  • Verify motor insulation resistance annually (≥1MΩ)
