VPSA Oxygen Generator 50-80Nm3/hr 90-95% Purity

The VPSA process is similar to PSA. Our VPSA oxygen generator uses an air blower to supply compressed air into an adsorption tower, operating with adsorption at low pressure and desorption under vacuum conditions. Under atmospheric or slightly above atmospheric pressure, a mixed bed composed of VPSA special molecular sieve and dryer absorbs N₂, CO₂, H₂O and other impurities, allowing oxygen to accumulate and be collected at the end of the bed. The saturated molecular sieve bed is then desorbed under vacuum, enabling continuous production of high-purity oxygen (90-95%).

Compared with PSA process, VPSA has more complex process equipment and higher initial investment but offers lower power consumption, making it ideal for large-scale oxygen production.

Our Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption oxygen production system operates at normal temperature conditions, utilizing molecular sieve technology to selectively adsorb nitrogen from air. The adsorption tower pressure is reduced to desorb nitrogen from the molecular sieve, enabling continuous adsorption-desorption cycle operation for production of oxygen with purity levels of 80-95% or higher.
